ADOS-2 Online Reliability Workshop
September 2024 (Modules 3&4)

30th September 2024

This ADOS-2 reliability workshop is aimed at professionals working with school-aged children and adolescents and/or professionals wishing to hone their skills in working with young people who are presenting with qualitative differences in social communication in the context of complex co-occurring neurodevelopmental and mental health difficulties. This workshop will offer an opportunity to view the administration and develop consensus coding for the following ADOS-2 assessments:

  • Module 3: this 5.5 year old boy likes cars. His mother has a diagnosis of ADHD and the family wanted to better understand possible neurodiversity related needs with him starting primary school.
  • Module 4: this lovely, highly articulate and exceptionally academically successful 19 year old university student sought therapy for difficulties with anxiety, panic attacks, sleep hygiene and thoughts of self-harm. Her therapist recommended assessment of possible ADHD and ASC due to noticing some features of neurodiversity and this young person was interested in exploring her possible neurodivergent identity.
